SBI property trespassed   
The Asst. General Manager, SBI, Shillong Branch lodged a complaint that unknown miscreants trespassed into an attached property of the SBI  M/s Premium Service Galaxy Complex at Phramer, Jowai (WJH), stole the materials and also dismantled the building of the complex.
Theft
On April 9 at around 4 am, two unknown miscreants broke into the house of  Suraj Bajoria at Police Bazar, Shillong and stole electric wires.
On April 10 at around 9 am, unknown miscreants stole three bundles of cigarettes and cash Rs. 950 from the shop of Mukesh Shah at Police Bazar.
Drugs seized  
On April 10 evening, Police arrested two persons, Rashid Ali and a woman  Aisha Khatoon @ Pahari from Naspatighari  and seized from their possession, one Golden Tobacco container and forty-two small packets containing powder suspected to be Heroin.
NGT ban violation
On April  8, Police detected two coal trucks ML-04-9313 driven by Shnalad Suting and  ML-04B-7608 driven by Emphimon Suting, loading coal in violation of NGT order at Amlarem (WJH). Drivers of both the trucks were arrested and the trucks seized.
