BJP prez highlights Modi’s ‘Act East Policy’

Itanagar: BJP national president Amit Shah on Thursday alleged that Congress-ruled government during its 60 years of regime at the Centre did nothing for the country and the NE region, except presenting a series of scams, involving thousands of crores of rupees.
Addressing the Pradesh Karyakarta Sanmelan held at Nyakum Lapang Ground here, Shah said the Congress government has presented the country scams worth Rs 12 lakh crore in different departments during its regime, but nothing has been done for the country, or for the Northeastern region.
