Rumblings in Meghalaya Cong resolved: Narayanasamy 

SHILLONG: The Congress High Command has directed the state government to prepare a progress-report highlighting its achievements of last two years.
Informing this here on Saturday, the AICC general secretary in-charge Meghalaya V Narayanasamy said the necessary directive had been issued to the government and the party chief DD Lapang to prepare a progress report for 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 highlighting achievements of the government in various departments.
Narayanasamy, who is on a three-day visit to the State, said, “It (report card) will be circulated through the party workers and leaders in the districts, blocks and booth level so that people can be educated and informed about the activities of the government.”
During the visit, Narayanasamy reviewed the performance of the government and the implementation of the manifesto released by the party before the 2013 Assembly elections.
“I am happy with the achievement of the Congress-led Government in the State,” he said.
Rumblings resolved: Referring to recent protest by some MLAs against the style of functioning of chief minister and some of his cabinet colleagues, the AICC leader said that the issue had been resolved.
According to him, this was an internal issue of the party, the MLAs and the Government.
He said that the committee, headed by him, had stressed on the need to have a better coordination between the party and the Ministers and between the MLAs and Ministers in the future.
