As Madhuri Dixit turns a year older today, Bollywood dance queen Madhuri Dixit says age just does not bother her as it is just a number for her.
“Age is just a number for me. It doesn’t scare me. It doesn’t stop me from doing anything. I feel talent is timeless and I believe in it,” Madhuri, who turned 48 today, told PTI here in an interview.
The dancing diva is having a quiet birthday celebration with her family today.
The year gone by was special to her, considering her online dance academy is going good. “The year has gone really well. I am thankful to my family, friends and my fans for their love and support,” Madhuri said.
“I got my birthday gift day before yesterday (May 13) as we launched ‘Dance with Madhuri’ Version 2 and a mobile app for the same. It’s my wish to take dance at every doorstep. Through this (e-learning platform that allows people to learn dance), we are trying to give the best to everyone,” she said. For Madhuri, the most memorable birthday gifts are the ones that she gets from her two sons. “The birthday cards that they make for me are special.  (PTI)
