shillong: P M Passah, retired Professor and former Chief Proctor of North Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Shillong released the first issue of NETA (Northeast India Transport- development Association) Newsletters in its first meeting at Guahati Press Club.
It is a non-political and non-governmental research organization, comprising of media personnel, social activists and some members from the public to systematically discuss to resolve the burning issues of transport sector in North Eastern States.
