SHILLONG: The HSPDP Youth Wing is organizing a motorbike rally across Shillong City on September 21 which will start from Madan Jingkieng Nongthymmai at 11 am.
The rally is being organized in support of the resolution moved by HSPDP leader Ardent Basaiawmoit on the need to enforce Article 371 in Meghalaya which he tabled in the House on Wednesday.
HSPDP youth wing chief Pyniaid Sing Syiem urged youths of the city to participate in support of the initiative of the legislator of the party.
