Dak Adalat
The office of the Chief Post Master General, North East Post Circle will hold a circle level Dak Adalat for on October 16 wherein complaints pertaining to postal services from customers for its redressal have been invited.
Loreto Chef Champs
The Loreto Convent has congratulated its ISC (Class XII) students who participated in the IAM Future Chef Championship organized by IAM Guwahati on September 16. Brajangana Dev was declared as winner while Rashika Agarwal was declared first runner up. Tamre K Sangma was awarded certificates and vouchers for being in the top-20 list.
Radhastami Festival
The International Society of Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), Shillong extension centre will organize Sri Radhastami Festival with a two days programme on September 20 and 21 at Community Hall, R.R Colony, Rynjah, Shillong. Bhajan-Kirtan and Arati will be held on September 20 from 6:30 p.m followed by a special programme on spiritual discourse. On September 21, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m, Harinam Kirtan, Arati and glorification of Radharani and paradam distribution will take place. All people irrespective of their caste and creed are kindly requested to participate in the programme.
