Real’s Sergio Ramos to miss Bilbao tie

Madrid: Spanish giants Real Madrid’s defender Sergio Ramos will miss their La Liga encounter against Athletic Bilbao after skipping training session on Tuesday.
The 29-year-old injured his shoulder during Real’s 4-0 win over Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League last Tuesday. Later, tests confirmed he had dislocated his shoulder.
There were reports that the Spaniard was keen to play against Bilbao on Wednesday, but coach Rafael Benitez has confirmed that he will have to sit out the clash as he is still undergoing the healing process.
Real posted Benitez’s words on social networking platform Twitter, “I spoke to @SergioRamos this morning and he is not sure. He is not going to be at San Mamés.” #RMLiga #RMCity. (IANS)
