SHILLONG: After two and a half years, the North Eastern Hill University (NEHU) has finally got a full-fledged vice-chancellor (VC). President Pranab Mukherjee has appointed Sri Krishna Srivastava, professor of physical chemistry, Manipur University, as the new VC of the university.
