Disability association prez abused

SHILLONG: The president of Khasi Disabilities Association (KDA) has filed a police complaint accusing the Deputy Director of Social Welfare of abusing him over the phone.
KDA president, Starwin Kharjana had earlier in the month accused the Social Welfare department of depriving the differently abled of their rights.
