SHILLONG: On October 20 around 3.45 am, one Suresh Barman (51) was found unconscious at Mawiong Rim near the Ford Showroom. He was removed to Civil Hospital, Shillong.
In another incident on October 19 at around 10 am, one person was found lying unconscious at Thadlaskein bypass in West Jaintia Hills. He was removed to Civil Hospital Jowai where the attending MO declared him brought dead.
