Mawlai abattoir ready for inauguration

SHILLONG: The Mawlai abattoir is now ready for inauguration.
Informing this, an official on Saturday said that the   project has been completed and now the concerned department has to earmark fund for its inauguration.
With the completion of the abattoir, Shillongites can enjoy clean and hygienic meat.
It may be mentioned that the abattoir is being constructed at a cost of Rs.22 crore by the Rapsang Group of Companies, Shillong, in collaboration with Real Growth Company, Chennai.
