SHILLONG: A ten month old baby died on the spot in a road accident at Paleinwanblai Village in West Jaintia Hills.
The incident happened on Sunday evening when one Mahindra pick-up (ML-04-8664) driven by Dhar Nongrum met with an accident at Paleinwanblai village (WJH).
In the incident, a ten month old baby died and four occupants sustained injuries and were removed to CH, Jowai, for PM examination and treatment, respectively. Matter is under enquiry.
