SHILLONG: The body of Mawramsong Kharhujon, who had gone missing from Mumbai Airport on December 4, will be brought to his native place Sohra from Mumbai on Monday.
Pynshisha Kharhujon, elder sister of the deceased, informed that the family had filed a missing complaint but no FIR was filed regarding his death.
To a query on whether the family suspected any foul play, she said, “We have nothing else to do and we do not wish to file an FIR.”
Mawramsong had gone to Mumbai in search of employment opportunities.
Later, he complained of illness after his sister reached Mumbai to bring him back to Shillong when he went missing from the domestic terminal of Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai.
