SHILLONG: There are as many as three additional advocate generals appointed by the state government.
While Advocate Sidhartha Barua from Noida and Advocate P. Niroop from New Delhi were appointed by the state government on December 15, Advocate WHD Synkhong was appointed by the government as Advocate General in 2013.
