SHILLONG: Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee working president, Deborah Marak has left it to the AICC to take a decision on the long pending dual post issue which brought Chief Minister Mukul Sangma and KHADC CEM PN Syiem at loggerheads. Marak told reporters on Wednesday that the AICC wanted the issue to be solved amicably by holding discussions with both the CEM and the Chief Minister. “I hope the matter will be settled at the earliest,” she said while refusing to admit that there is any tussle between to the two party leaders.
