SHILLONG: A female teacher of a school at Rangjadong in South West Khasi Hills has accused the secretary of the institute of harassing her besides making inappropriate proposals.
An assistant teacher of Thiancy Memorial UP School lodged a complaint that one Kingland Thongni, whom is the secretary of the school, passed lewd comments on her, made inappropriate proposals and even delayed her salary. He also threatened her with dire consequences after she did not agree to the proposal.
