SHILLONG: A mentally unsound person, who pasted a poster with adverse comments on the statue of Jesus Christ at St. Jerome School, Nongmynsong, Shillong was admitted at MIMHANS.
The incident took place on January 19 when one Wanphrang Sngi Majaw (23) of Langkyrding, Nongmynsong, Shillong, put up a poster with inimical texts on the statue of Jesus Christ at St. Jerome School, Nongmynsong, Shillong.
The person is suspected to be mentally unsound and was later admitted at MIMHANS, Shillong for treatment. The matter is under enquiry.
