President Police Medal for 2 BSF personnel

SHILLONG: Two BSF personnel from Meghalaya Frontier have been selected for President Police medal for distinguished service.
The two officers include Narinder Singh Jamwal, Deputy Inspector General, Frontier headquarter BSF Meghalaya and Narayan Dutt Bahuguna, Deputy Inspector General, BSF, Jowai.
BSF PRO said that the medal is usually given to those personnel who are in the service for more than 30 years with a clean record. The matter is processed by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
