SHILLONG: The driver of a tourist vehicle (ML-05H-1306) died on the spot after the vehicle fell into gorge at Umtangphor in East Khasi Hills.
Police said the incident happened on March 5. The deceased was identified as Balaskhemborlang Nongpluh (26).
