Escapee rearrested

SHILLONG: One Sanjay Thapa, who escaped with handcuff after being detained in connection with a theft case, has been re-arrested. The incident happened on Saturday morning. He was rearrested on the same day. Meanwhile, a local court on Monday remanded him to one-day police custody.
