SHILLONG: Transport Minister HDR Lyngdoh inaugurated a motorable bridge at Wahlyngia village under Mawphlang C&RD Block on Thursday.
The RCC motorable bridge which connects Laitnongrem village to Mawkneng-Nongspung Road was constructed at a total cost of Rs. 60 lakh sanctioned under the Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF).
Earlier, Lyngdoh also inaugurated the Laitnongrem Water Supply Scheme at Wahlyngia. The water supply scheme which will cater the Wahlyngia and Laitnongrem villages was implemented at a total cost of Rs.66.77 lakh.
