DoNER not ‘donor’ of fund, says Minister

SHILLONG: DoNER should not be treated as ‘donor’ ministry which provides only fund, the DoNER Minister Jitendra Singh said on Saturday.
While referring to most ministers from the Northeast asking for funds from the Ministry, Singh who was in city to attend a function at NEC said in a lighter vein that  DoNER Ministry is not ‘donor ministry’ which drew a peal of  laughter from the audience.
