NONGSTOIN: The West Khasi Hills Police on Wednesday night arrested one A’chik National Liberation Army militant identified as Bindas S Sangma alias Jhola of Mangsang, under Shallang PS. The ultra was involved in the encounter between ANLA and police on January 17 at Nongwaldro.
