SHILLONG: One Bharat Kumar Gopthami lodged a complaint on May 9 that three years ago his sister was married to one Padam Adhikari, but her husband tortured her repeatedly and also forced her to abort their first child. Further, the complainant stated that due to frequent torture she lost her life.
