SHILLONG: General secretary of Confederation of Ri-Bhoi People (CoRP), Davidson Kharnaior, passed away on Saturday after a brief period of illness. His funeral will be held on May 17 at 12 noon at his residence.
Late Kharnaior (38) had been the general secretary of CoRP since 2004. He was also the Church Deacon of Catholic Church, Umtrew.
Publicity secretary, CoRP central body, Karbius Lyngdoh conveyed his condolences to the bereaved family.
He is survived by his wife and three children.
