KHADC CEM P.N Syiem greets newly-elected Tura MP Conrad K Sangma at the latter’s residence at Upper Shillong on Wednesday. Syiem as the Chairman of the Forum of Council under Sixth Schedule (FOCUS) has urged Sangma to take up the issues of strengthening the district councils and the interests of the tribals with the Centre.
