4 including woman held with FICN in Ri-Bhoi

SHILLONG:  Police on Monday arrested four persons including a woman,  from Pilankata in Ri-Bhoi district along with a huge amount of suspected fake Indian currency notes (FICN)  on Monday evening.
Police said that the operation was conducted by a joint team of Shillong and Ri Bhoi  police.
The currency notes were kept in a sealed box.
The arrested person have been identified as Sheela Marbaniang of Lawsohtun, Jaffesron Lakiang of  Lawjynriew, Nongthymmai, Nirbhay Rabha and Samsul Ali of North Kamrup, Assam.  All are suspected to be members of a fake currency racket.
Police also seized two vehicles (AS 01 BR 0027)  and  (AS 01 BP  8346)  used by the  arrested persons.
Police recovered    eight mobile phones, one greenish-blue  solution contained in a water bottle, one   green laminated paper suspected to be fake currency which needs to be  washed by the solution.
