Discontent

SHILLONG: Several pressure groups and NGOs have expressed discontentment over the reconstitution of the managing committee of Tikrikilla Girls Secondary School.  In a memorandum submitted to the DSE Officer, West Garo Hills, the pressure groups alleged that the committee does not call for meetings and the headmistress does not follow RTE norms.
