SHILLONG: The improvement of NH-40 between Shillong and Dawki and construction of Dawki bridge under JICA funding has been awarded to M/s Transys Consulting Pvt. Ltd. As per the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation, the 80 kilometre project will be taken up at a cost of Rs 200 crore under JICA funding.
