SHILLONG: Over 300 Village Defence Party members participated in the VDP rally held in Shella Saikarap Youth Center Hall on September 16. Later in the day, N.K.Syiem SP Traffic enlightened the people on the topic ‘Evil of Drugs and Alcohol and the Effects on Youth Nowadays.’ Syiem also appealed for cooperation of the VDP members to tackle the growing problem of addiction.
