SHILLONG: A drug peddler identified as Daniel Khongwir of Upper Shillong was arrested on Saturday along with 1.58 gms of heroin. He was arrested by the special team of Sadar Police station. Police said that the peddler was caught while he was moving suspiciously and there was some inputs that he regularly moves around Police Bazar. On being followed, he was apprehended from GS Road with the substance.
