The Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shillong vide an order dated October 4 convicted Abdul Karim and Shabnam Parveen U/S 110(1)(b) Meghalaya Police Act and imposed a fine of Rs. 5000 on them for creating nuisance under influence of alcohol in Sadar Police Station area.
