SHILLONG: A lower court here on Monday issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Tennydard Marak in connection with the case related to his alleged nexus with GNLA.
Earlier, police had filed charge sheet against cabinet minister Deborah Marak and Tennydard for their alleged links with GNLA.
During the hearing on Monday, Deborah was not represented by anyone since a petition to dispense with her personal appearance was already filed.
