SHILLONG: Police arrested a kidnapper identified as Hebertson Marak from Ri Bhoi district on Wednesday after he tried to abduct a few traders from Assam. Police said the fate of the victims is not known as they are yet to get more clues from the accused regarding their whereabouts.
