SHILLONG: The Meghalaya College Teachers’ Association will hold the 11th R.R. Thomas Memorial Inter-College debate at 11 am on Wednesday at the Conference Hall of Shillong College.
Different colleges from in and around Shillong will take part in the debate which will be chaired by Manas Chaudhuri, former MLA as speaker and judged by A S Guha, Regional Director , IGNOU, Dr V. Laloo, Jr. Specialist and District MCH Officer, East Jaintia Hills and Prof Lakhan Kma, NSS Coordinator, NEHU.
