FIR against hawkers

SHILLONG: The Shillong Municipal Board has filed three separate FIRs against hawkers for creating nuisance and obstructing board officials during an eviction drive in the city.
Paul Syiemiong and Benedict Warjri of Shillong Municipal Board lodged a complaint that on November 30 at about 11.35 am, one Ribalin Pariat (42) created nuisance and obstructed the SMB officials, while they were conducting eviction drive near Civil Hospital.
They also lodged another FIR saying that on the same day, one Idralni Syiemiong (48 yrs) created nuisance and obstructed the SMB officials, while they were conducting eviction drive besides FIR was also lodged against Saralin Lyngdoh (37) for the same reason.
