SHILLONG: The Gospel Mission Factor Association (GMFA) will celebrate its 10th anniversary on December 17 at Madan Iewrynghep, Laitumkhrah.
“We have completed a decade now. We have decided to change the name from Gospel Musical Factor Association (GMFA) to Gospel Mission Factor Association (GMFA) as we want to enlarge our ministry and not only focus on music but broaden our perspective,” Tirot Suchiang, spokesperson of GMFA said here on Thursday.
He added that the Calcutta Chamber Orchestra will collaborate with the Gospellers, the host band, on the occasion. “It is for the first time that an orchestra will perform with a rock band simultaneously,” Rimanbor Judah Cunville, president of GMFA said.
