Fire at SBI service point

SHILLONG: A fire broke out in the wee hours of Friday last at the SBI Customer Service Point, Balat, in which cash, passbooks, ATMs and other equipments were gutted.
Passbooks of customers, micro ATMs, finger print devices, keyboards, currency seal, documents and cash were gutted in the fire. The extent of loss is yet to be ascertained.
