Molester lawyer yet to be arrested

SHILLONG: Aynul Hazarika, a city-based lawyer who allegedly molested an intern, has not been arrested yet.Police have failed to arrest the accused as he is out of station. It is learnt that so far no move has been made for anticipatory bail.The 20-year-old law student alleged that Advocate Hazarika sexually harassed her and continued the shameful act even after her resistant.In her FIR lodged at Sadar police station, the girl said on Wednesday around 12 pm when she went to Hazarika’s chamber on Keating Road to do internship under him, she was given some typing work in his computer. In due course of time, the advocate molested the law student thrice, but she resisted and ran out to report the matter to the police.
