Warjri meets Nadda on MHIS, burn & trauma centres

SHILLONG: Health and Family Welfare Minister Roshan Warjri met the Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, J.P Nadda, in his office in New Delhi on Monday to apprise him of the urgent need for consideration and centre’s approval of Phase III of the Megha Health Insurance Scheme (MHIS).
Nadda said he would look into the matter at the earliest.
Warjri also urged the Union Minister to consider a burn and trauma centres at Shillong Civil Hospital and Tura Civil Hospital and commissioning of the Amrit Pharmacy on the premises of Shillong Civil Hospital.
