SHILLONG: The Joint Action Committee of All Meghalaya Farmers’ Union (JACAMFU) will hold a meeting on February 2 at Assembly Hotel, Police Bazaar at10 am.
In a statement to the press, the organisation said it had approached the State Government over the hardships faced by the farmers of the State but the government has done nothing to their plight.
The meeting will dilate on issues as they claimed that the state government is indifferent to the farmers needs.
