SHILLONG: The city police are now looking for Konesshon Rodborn, a teacher at Tlong Umiam Secondary School at Weilyngkut in Sohiong who has been accused of raping an 18-year-old student of Class X on the school premises after blackmailing her with the video he had taken with the victim. He was also accused of forcibly kissing, hugging and molesting the student on the school premises.
The women police station is taking up the case. Efforts are on to nab the accused as he is not present in the available address at Mawsynram. As per the FIR lodged by CSWO and TUR on behalf of the victim, Rodborn has been using the video he took of the victim to intimidate, blackmail and threaten her into allowing him to have sex with her.
