Pedestrian knocked over
On January  27 around 4.30 pm, one Alto K-10 (ML-05J-3877) knocked down one pedestrian Bhimlal Sunar (64) at 4th Furlong, Shillong. As a result, the victim sustained injuries and was removed to Civil Hospital Shillong.
Stolen
On the night of January  27, unknown miscreants broke into a grocery shop belonging to Mithun Deb, at R & R Colony, Shillong and stole cash, bundles of cigarettes, etc worth Rs. 29,000.
On January  26 around 10.30 pm, unknown miscreants stole one Maruti Car (ML-05K-4137) belonging to Rishanlang Lamare at Bhoirymbong.
