SHILLONG: CSWO president, Agnes Kharshiing lodged a complaint on Thursday for sub-standard construction of the Jowai by-pass road.
Her complaint stated that she noticed the Jowai by-pass road which was recently completed, has already started showing signs of wearing off, poor quality and sub-standard construction.
