TURA: The Rongram circle of the FKJGP has demanded that the Asanang PHC in West Garo Hills should be upgraded to a community health centre keeping in view the large population it caters to.
“There is shortage of doctors and equipment at the health centre, which is causing problems for the people of the area.
“The PHC must be upgraded to CHC so that it can efficiently cater to the medical needs of the people,” FKJGP area president Salnangh C. Marak said in a statement.
