U-15 football: Umlyngka, Krang reach semis

SHILLONG: Umlyngka beat Sohryngkham 2-0 to reach the semi final of the U-15 football tourney organised by the Shillong Sports Association on Wednesday.

K Jana (25th min) and R Kharbuki (70th min) scored a goal each to seal the last four berths for Umlyngka who will now take on Shillong Lajong (juniors) in the semi final match on May 20.

Meanwhile, Krang made it to the semis with a hard fought 3-2 win via tie breaker over Nongthymmai. They will take on Rangdajied United in the semis.
