Body of missing home guard found

SHILLONG: The body of missing home guard, Samuel Nongrum was found on Saturday.
Nongrum, who volunteers in the office of the Commandant, District Home Guard in East Khasi Hills, went missing since May 12.
His wife, Listina Nongsiej and a resident of Umlyngka had filed a missing complaint on May 16. She stated that her husband left for work at 9 am on May 12.
When contacted, she informed that the body was found by relatives at Nongkseh rim.
