Lambor donates ambulance

SHILLONG: Former MLA and MDC of Nongkrem constituency, Lambor Malngiang, on Saturday donated an ambulance and other relief materials to 10 BPL families from different localities of Madanryting. A public function was held at St. Peter’s Secondary School, Madanrting, in the presence of headman E. Kharkongor, general secretary, H Kharkongor, and members of the executive committee and the residents. Delivering a speech on the occasion, he said that there were unfortunate incidents which people faced in the absence of ambulance service.
