Pine Mount students excel in ICSE

SHILLONG: Students of Pine Mount School excelled in both ISC (Class XII) and ICSE (Class X) examinations 2017. The school registered a cent percent pass percentage in both ISC and ICSE. In ISC Humanities, Evakordor Benson Diengdoh secured 96.25%, Lydia Grace Sawian scored 93.74% and Alabanza Wima Syngkon got 92.25%. In ISC Science, Samantha Labett Langstieh secured 93.25%, Swastika Rawat got 92.25% and Ibashisha Amanda Marbaniang secured 90.25%. In ICSE, Elveena Essa Nongkhlaw scored 94.8% followed by Fideta Asherah Massar at 92.2% and Esther Ngurlienmoi Marak at 91.98%. Meanwhile, apart from Pine Mount, Tura Public School achieved cent per cent results in ICSE while Jowai Public School achieved a 97% pass percentage. Heibor Suchiang of Jowai Public School topped from the school with 88.4% while Aaron Deemo Ch Sangma from Tura Public School topped with 87.8 %. Wellbirthson Rani of Shillong Public School secured 84% to emerge topper in his school.
